Bucket List Trips

As a boutique travel company, we don’t go everywhere. Nor do we want to. Instead, our luxury small group trips focus on a few magical parts of Italy and Spain—some of the favourite places we love to return to, again and again. Our trips are small by design (typically 6 to 10 guests). A little cozier, a lot more special, and about as far as you can get from that crowded cruise ship vibe.

Each small group journey is a chance to make new friends, to write a new entry in your travel journal, and to just plain feel alive in a way that for whatever reason, is often harder during the normal routine at home (especially lately). Here’s what’s on offer right now. And if these destinations don’t have you Jonesing to travel, ask about our bespoke trip planning.

Abruzzo + Rome — Fall 2024

Cut a swath across Italy from West to East, from ultra urban to charmingly old school, from the mountains to the sea.

Barolo Country — Fall 2024

If Heaven exists, we’d like to think it looks a lot like Piedmont—beautiful rolling vineyards blanketed by morning fog, delicious food, fabulous wines, and plenty of truffles and chocolate. Take me now.

Basque Country + Madrid — Summer 2024

Madrid’s sophisticated food, art and shopping scenes are on point. From there, we’ll wind our way north to Spanish and French Basque Country, where inventive cuisine, fabulous art and beautiful coastlines beckon.

Bespoke — Upon request

You dream it, we’ll make it happen. Whether it’s you and your partner, a trip with the family, or even a group of friends, we can hook you up with an awesome experience you’ll never forget. After the past few years we’ve had, there’s never been a better time for a private getaway.

Calabria + Naples — May 2025

Calabria is one of the last undiscovered (at least by tourists) parts of Italy. Less visited, but still full of mystery. Maybe it’s time you vacationed where only Italians go on vacation. Juxtaposed with bustling Naples with its symphony of sights and smells.

Puglia + Basilicata

If Italy really were a boot, it couldn’t stand without a strong heel. And with stunning beaches and picturesque towns, it’s not hard to see why Puglia and Basilicata are grabbing the spotlight.

The Roman Coast + Rome

The best of both worlds—Relaxation at the coast in J. Paul Getty’s former seaside palazzo (it’s even better than it sounds), mixed with the very best of the Eternal City, the world’s greatest outdoor museum.

Sardinia — Coming soon

West of Italy, boasting centuries of history and incredible coastal views, Sardinia is a true Mediterranean gem with a vibe all its own. Itinerary coming soon (I know, we can’t wait either).

Sicily (Two Coasts) — Sept. 2024

Palermo and stunning ocean vistas to the West, the unique micro-climate and adventurous vintners of Mount Etna to the East. There’s just so much to love about Sicily.

Sicily + Piedmont — Sept. 2024

The rough beauty of Sicily’s west coast, combined with the magnificence of Barolo Country and Piedmont. Seriously, who could ask for more?

Val d'Orcia, Tuscany

Tuscany (Val d’Orcia) — April / May 2025

Our own little less discovered corner of this well-trodden favourite. Val d’ Orcia is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with cypress trees, roaming sheep, breathtaking scenery, thermal baths, and superb wines.

Cuba — Upon request

Upon request, we offer fabulous trips to Cuba in conjunction with a trusted partner that has been bringing visitors there for decades. Bring your adventurous spirt and your dancing shoes.
